Wow, Super Bowl Sunday is almost here! Whether you are a major football fan or you just enjoy watching the awesome commercials, you probably will watch at least part of the game on Sunday. Most major football fans have already begun having diehard debates over which team is going to win. How about you, do you have a favorite to win? If so, why do you think they are going to win? Maybe you are just a diehard Denver Broncos fan or a diehard Seattle Seahawks fan. Maybe it’s something that is going on with that team in particular at this time, or maybe you have your own special system for picking the Super Bowl winner. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect you to give away all your secrets, but maybe you could just share with us how many times your system has actually worked so far.
I also have a question for those of you, like me, that might as well go ahead and admit are really only going to watch the Super Bowl for the commercials, because they are so awesome. Maybe your like me and love all the excitement of the game, but don’t really get in to sitting down and watching the entire game. Don’t misunderstand, in high school I attended every home football game we had, but I attended those games as a social event. I enjoyed the excitement of being there with and talking to all my friends. I’m married now and let me tell you, I don’t think my husband would appreciate me talking to him while he tries to watch the Super Bowl! So, my question to you is, what major sporting event would you really like to be able to attend?
Personally, I would love to be able to attend the Winter Olympics! I have always enjoyed watching figure skating. It always amazes me what they can do on such a thin blade. I am so klutzy it’s a wonder I get to class some days! As a Communications major, I think it would be so cool to be able to interview those athletes from all over the country.
I can’t wait to hear your predictions for the Super Bowl and which event you would like to go to! Please submit your answers by commenting below.
