Martin police are searching for a suspect in a shooting that left three injured which occurred late Monday night.
Marcus L. Easley, 25, of 334 North McCombs St. in Martin, is wanted on four counts of aggravated assault related to the incident.
Easley is considered armed and dangerous, according to a press release issued by Martin Police Department earlier today.
Martin Police responded to a 911 report of a shooting at 126 South Davis St. at 11:51 p.m. Officers arrived to find three victims of apparent gunshot wounds inside the residence.
All three victims were treated by medics from Martin Fire Department, Weakley County Ambulance Service, and Martin Volunteer Community Hospital before being flown to various trauma centers.
The three victims’ names are being withheld until family members are notified.
Easley was last seen driving away in a silver 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing Tennessee license plate E32 94N. Anyone who sees the suspect or has information on the suspect’s whereabouts should notify area law enforcement immediately.
UPDATE: Suspect was located and arrested on Hyndsver Rd. in Martin at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6. Two of the victims, Trista Canady, 28, of Gleason, and Aquincy Dickson, 27, of Bolivar, are still in critical condition. Corey Williams, 33, of Dresden, is now deceased.
Easley has been formally charged with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of second-degree murder.
