Three people were charged with counts of burglary and theft over the weekend, according to a press release issued by the Martin Police Department.

Clay Elliot, 18 and William Brown, 19, both of Milan, were arrested on Saturday after reports of burglary at seven different apartments in the Reserve at Martin apartment complex. Devin Sparks, 19 of Medina has yet to be taken into custody. Each of the three have been charged with seven counts of burglary and theft of property.

Officers responded to the Reserve early Saturday morning after receiving multiple notifications of burglary. The victims claimed that the suspects had burglarized their apartments and stolen cash and property.
