The “Your Plate” food station features vegan, vegetarian and allergy friendly foods.

“The ‘Your Plate’ station is in response to the growing number of students who have special dietary requests due to food allergies, food sensitivities or health concerns,” said Christina Oyler, Sodexo Marketing Manager.

The daily menu is posted on Sodexo’s website at www.utmdining.com.  If the listed options do not meet your specific dietary needs, call or email customer service to request one be prepared for you.

“Information about nutrition and ingredients in our recipes will be displayed on digital monitors in the Skyhawk Café,” Oyler said.

The selections offered at the new station are available to everyone, whether they have special dietary needs or not.

“Local and Organic produce will be featured, including a weekly ‘surprise’ dish featuring in-season foods!  The mouth-watering dishes are sure to be popular with all customers, whether concerned with allergies or not,” Oyler said.

“If you have any dietary concerns, please bring your allergy card to the Skyhawk Café Customer Service desk.  We can arrange for you to speak to Chef Waters about your customized needs,” Oyler said.

Chef Eric Waters will be happy to speak with anyone concerning their individual dietary concerns in the Skyhawk Café.
