With day one of the draft just over 24 hours away, it is now time for my final mock draft. This draft does include projected trades.

The draft officially starts on April 24, 2025 at 7 p.m.

  1. Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB, Miami

Brian Callahan and company land the top QB in class. Ward’s effortless high level play from within the pocket make this selection a no brainer for the Titans organization.

  1. Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado

Cleveland selects the dual threat Hunter number two overall. Hunter’s ability to be a number one receiver or corner in the league while also playing high quality snaps on the other side of the ball makes it too difficult to pass on.

  1. New York Giants: Abdul Carter, DE, Penn State

The Giants make the decision to take the best player in the draft who has fallen to them at three in Carter. This gives them phenomenal depth on the edge and elite pass rush.

  1. New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT, LSU

Mike Vrabel makes his first draft selection in New England by adding the highly regarded LSU left tackle in Campbell. Will the lack of arm length be an issue? Only time will tell.

  1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

The first surprise selection of the draft happens at five. Liam Coen has to make life easier for QB Trevor Lawrence. Jeanty can supplement the run game instantly and take pressure off of Coen and company. This is also a potential trade down spot if the front office receives the right offer.

  1. Las Vegas Raiders: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri

The Raiders make a big slash on the offensive line adding a potential franchise right tackle. Membou, who some regard as the top tackle in the draft, lands in Vegas under Pete Carroll.

  1. New York Jets: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

The Jets still have a large hole at right tackle, but with Membou off the board, they select the tight end Warren. Aaron Glenn adds a weapon to his offense who can block and catch passes at a high level.

  1. Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker, DE, Georgia

HC Dave Canales has stated repeatedly that his preference is to go defense in round one of the draft. Walker’s versatility as a pass rushing linebacker is too special to pass up on. The Panthers land one of the most exciting players in the draft.

  1. New Orleans Saints: Kelvin Banks Jr, OT, Texas

Banks Jr is a popular name among draft circles. The expectation is the Longhorn will go early in round one and I have him landing at nine to the Saints. With recent departures and lack of high quality talent on the line, HC Kellen Moore adds a potential franchise left tackle.

  1. Chicago Bears: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan

After contemplating a trade up for Jeanty, Ryan Poles and Ben Johnson decide to stand pat and let the board fall. In the end they get a player high on their board and an anchor on the defensive interior for years to come in Graham.

  1. San Francisco 49ers: Mykel Williams, DE, Georgia
  2. Dallas Cowboys: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
  3. Miami Dolphins: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
  4. Indianapolis Colts: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
  5. TRADE (From ATL): Denver Broncos: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
  6. Arizona Cardinals: Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
  7. Cincinnati Bengals: Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
  8. TRADE (From SEA): Buffalo Bills: Shemar Stewart, DE, Texas A&M
  9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
  10. TRADE (From DEN): Atlanta Falcons: Mike Green, DE, Marshall
  11. Pittsburgh Steelers: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
  12. Los Angeles Chargers: Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
  13. Green Bay Packers: James Pearce Jr, DE, Tennessee
  14. Minnesota Vikings: Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
  15. Houston Texans: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
  16. Los Angeles Rams: Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss
  17. Baltimore Ravens: Donovan Ezeiruaku, DE, Boston College
  18. Detroit Lions: Grey Zabel, OG, North Dakota State
  19. Washington Commanders: Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
  20. TRADE (From BUF): Seattle Seahawks: Josh Conerly, OT, Oregon
  21. Kansas City Chiefs: Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon
  22. Philadelphia Eagles: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
