The 2021 Student Government Association (SGA) Elections will be held on Tuesday, April 13. This year, all candidates are from the Martin Student Alliance.
The Martin Student Alliance Platform for this year is filled with goals that aim to serve the students and the campus community while also building a stronger relationship with them. Their goals are centered around community service and involvement, engagement and outreach, diversity and inclusion, transparency and academic advancement.
To qualify for candidacy, a student must receive the election packet, obtain 25-50 signatures on their Election Platforms Form; submit their platform, biography, party list and photos; and they must pass the constitution test. Then they’re able to begin campaigning.
